The injection molding machine series satisfies the “Plastpol 2008” jury on all points

(Kielce/Poland) To end the polish International Fair of Plastics Processing Plastpol (May 27-30, 2008) the competitive jury of the exhibition management in Kielce awarded the rating of “excellent” for the all electric “Zhafir Venus Series”.

The jury consisted of high-ranking scientists from technical universities and press journalists of the plastics industry. The quality criteria of environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, precision in sequence of motions and repeat accuracy were taken into consideration for the assessment in the “Injection molding machines for polymer processing” category. The award was handed over in a ceremony to the Polish Haitian agency “Dospel Plastics” headquartered in Częstochowa.

In this commendation Asteniusz Mysliwiec, CEO of Dospel Plastics, sees a certification for successful teamwork with Zhafir Plastics Machinery, the subsidiary company of Haitian International Holdings. Ltd.: “We are very proud and we thank the trade fair organisers “Targi Kielce” for the honour. The award shows us that Zhafir is pursuing the right strategy with the “Zhafir Venus Series” and that new sales opportunities are opening up for us in Poland.

The “Zhafir Venus Series” comprises machines with clamping forces of 400 to 4,100 kN. It offers a comprehensive design and is equipped with the latest control technology from Sigmatek (Austria). There are up to four injection units available for each clamping force, for each of which there are two high-speed versions for higher injection speeds. The powerful 5-point double toggle provides dynamic and precise mold movements. The environment-friendly servo-drive concept promises energy savings of 20-70% compared with hydraulic machines.
