Grand Opening of Niigata Machinery’s New Headquarters and Factory in Momoyama

On the afternoon of August 27, 2025, Niigata Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Niigata Machinery”) held the grand opening ceremony of its new headquarters and factory in Momoyama, Higashi-ku, Niigata City, Japan. The event not only marked the official launch of the state-of-the-art factory, but also celebrated the completion of the Momoyama headquarters—an important milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy.
Senior executives of Haitian International, the parent company of Niigata Machinery—including Mr. Jianming Zhang, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Jianfeng Zhang, Executive Director and President of Haitian Plastics Machinery—together with Mr. Feng Zhou, President of Niigata Machinery, and Mr. Takashi Kobayashi, Managing Director, attended the ceremony. They joined more than 500 guests in witnessing the vigorous growth of Niigata Machinery.
At the ceremony, Mr. Feng Zhou delivered the welcome address, extending a warm greeting to all distinguished guests. Mr. Takashi Kobayashi then gave a detailed introduction to the new Momoyama headquarters, the new factory, and Niigata’s refreshed corporate identity. He emphasized that the opening of the Momoyama headquarters and factory marks a new chapter for the century-old company. Niigata Machinery will take this as a fresh starting point, working hand in hand with partners to build a new system that responds to market transformations and to advance toward a new stage of sustainable development.
In his keynote speech at the ceremony, Chairman Jianming Zhang noted that since Niigata Machinery became a subsidiary of Haitian International in 2023, both parties have consistently upheld principles of resource integration, technological synergy, and cultural respect. The completion of the new headquarters and factory not only continues Niigata’s tradition of precision manufacturing, but also incorporates Haitian Group’s advanced concepts of global operations, intelligent manufacturing, and green production. Haitian Group will continue to support Niigata Machinery with strong resources in technology development and global market networks, bringing new vitality to the company.
Subsequently, Mr. Takeshi Toyama of Toyama Musical Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Mr. Shu Sakai of Sankyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and Mr. Rentaro Oshima of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, delivered congratulatory speeches as representatives of customers, distributors, and suppliers. They highly recognized Niigata Machinery’s professional expertise and innovative spirit in the field of precision manufacturing, and expressed strong expectations for deepened cooperation and win-win development in the future.


The newly inaugurated Momoyama headquarters and factory cover a total area of 9,544 square meters, forming a robust production system together with the existing 3,600-square-meter facility. Equipped with world-class automation systems and comprehensive production lines, the new plant enables highly efficient and flexible operations. It significantly boosts overall productivity while strengthening the ability to handle multi-category and small-batch orders with speed and precision. Its strategic location near Niigata Airport and the port will effectively shorten delivery cycles and provide solid support for the company’s global business expansion.
