Haitian International Shines at PLÁSTICO BRASIL, Empowering Smart Manufacturing Upgrades Across South America

From March 24 to 28, South America’s largest plastics industry event, PLÁSTICO BRASIL 2025, was held at the São Paulo Expo Center in Brazil, attracting nearly 1,000 exhibitors and 45,000 professional visitors from around the world. Haitian International showcased a range of innovative solutions, aligning its achievements in smart and green technologies with the specific needs of the South American market and drawing widespread industry attention.
Throughout the exhibition, Haitian International’s booth remained a hub of activity, with South American buyers stopping to observe the machines in operation and engaging in in-depth discussions with technical experts about potential collaborations. This lively atmosphere of precise demand-supply matching vividly reflects Haitian’s two decades of deep cultivation in the South American market.
On-site, Haitian International presented three key machines targeting core application sectors: packaging, automotive, and consumer goods. Each machine highlighted distinctive technical strengths closely aligned with industry needs.
Haitian MA3800H/1280PRO: This high-speed machine delivers a highly efficient solution for the consumer goods sector. Working with Haitian Smart Solutions’ integrated solution, it produces PS fruit bowls at an ultra-high injection speed of 450 mm/s, achieving a molding cycle of just 6.3 seconds. The system’s efficiency, stability, and energy savings, combined with its superior injection speed and precision control, have made it a top choice for local consumer goods manufacturers seeking to upgrade their production lines.
As one of the first Chinese injection molding companies to establish a foothold in Brazil, Haitian International set up its subsidiary in São Roque, São Paulo State, in 2003. Since then, it has served over 3,000 customers, delivering more than 12,000 machines. With a 12,000-square-meter local service center and a professional technical team, Haitian has built a 24-hour rapid-response service network, setting a benchmark for “Made-in-China Intelligence” in Brazil and earning widespread customer trust and recognition.
This model of localized deep cultivation has not only strengthened customer loyalty but also enabled Haitian International to actively participate in global competition. Moving forward, Haitian International will continue to expand its footprint in the South American market, using technological innovation and localized services as key drivers to accelerate its integration into the global industrial ecosystem.
