On November 15, Haitian Vietnam successfully held its Open Day at the Binh Duong plant in Ho Chi Minh City. The event showcased the full-spectrum capabilities of Haitian Machinery’s integrated solutions, attracting more than 500 customers, partners, and industry professionals from across Vietnam. It offered a comprehensive presentation of our cross-sector manufacturing and service strengths, centered around the “Injection Molding +” concept.

The event highlighted seven customized injection-molding solutions from the Haitian, Zhafir, and Niigata brands, covering multiple application segments including precision components, household products, and packaging.

Several featured molding solutions drew particular attention, each precisely targeting core needs across different application scenarios. In addition, multiple machines on display adopted liquid color masterbatch instead of traditional solid masterbatch — improving color uniformity, reducing production pollution, and aligning with the industry’s shift toward more sustainable manufacturing.

  • The Haitian MA2000III/1000SE+ equipped with in-mold heat-transfer decoration demonstrated integrated molding and printing for a 1×4-cavity ABS product. With a 10 g part weight and a 37-second cycle, it offered an efficient, all-in-one solution for appearance parts, significantly boosting productivity and visual quality.
  • The Haitian JU9000V/6500SE, designed for large plastic parts, integrated gas-assisted injection technology to produce a 1×1-cavity, 3,500 g chair component with precision. With a 176-second cycle time, it effectively addressed key industry challenges such as high difficulty and tight accuracy requirements in large-part molding.
  • The Haitian HA3600/3200PET showcased coordinated PET preform production and blow-molding. Paired with dedicated blow-molding equipment, it enabled seamless integration between preform injection and bottle blowing. Its 1×16-cavity design ensured stable output of 61 g PET preforms, meeting the high-efficiency requirements of bottle production.

Beyond the core injection-molding demonstrations, the event also presented the broader “Injection Molding +” ecosystem of Haitian Machinery. The display included machining equipment such as Haitian Precision VQ11 and V10, Haitian Die Casting’s HDZ88 and HDC350 die-casting machines, as well as the Haitian Laser GP3015 cutting machine — together showcasing a comprehensive manufacturing matrix built to “create value and extend advantages.”

VR headsets enabled visitors to take an immersive “virtual tour” of Haitian’s manufacturing strength. Dedicated zones for Haitian Chongchuang, plastification components, and more further showcased our integrated equipment capabilities. In parallel, the event highlighted the Group’s coordinated industrial ecosystem — offering customers a one-stop service platform that spans financing, raw materials, plastification components, and smart-factory solutions.

Through the on-site demonstration of the “Injection Molding +” concept, the Open Day showcased Haitian Machinery’s shift from single-machine supply to diversified solution offerings, providing Vietnamese customers with a clear view of this upgrade. It also created a strong bridge for deeper engagement with customers across the Southeast Asian market.

Going forward, Haitian Vietnam will continue to anchor itself in the local market, tailoring solutions to evolving industrial needs. With more efficient and greener intelligent injection-molding capabilities, we will support Southeast Asia’s manufacturing sector in advancing toward greater intelligence and precision.
