From April 20 to 26, Haitian will host a new Open Week format connecting Ningbo, Shanghai and Suzhou under the theme “Level Up! Your Advantage.” For the first time, the program brings together three key touchpoints in one coordinated event: Haitian’s headquarters and manufacturing base in Ningbo, the Haitian booth at Chinaplas 2026 in Shanghai, and the Haitian Medical Application Technology Center in Suzhou.

By combining manufacturing, exhibition and application expertise, Haitian offers customers a broader view of how equipment, digital technologies and cross-divisional synergies work together in practice. The three-city format is designed to show how Haitian creates value not only through machines, but through integrated solutions built around productivity, quality and application know-how.

Ningbo: Manufacturing strength and application capability

In Ningbo, visitors will experience Haitian’s manufacturing strength at the source. The Open Week will provide large-scale access to the new Haitian Machinery Smart Factory, the newly operational Haitian Machinery Global Application Experience Center and additional core manufacturing areas. With a total production footprint of around one million square meters, the the tour in Ningbo plants highlights Haitian’s strengths in large-scale production, intelligent manufacturing, application development and industrial collaboration.

A major highlight in Ningbo will be the official opening of the Haitian Machinery Global Application Experience Center. Created as a platform for the global market, it is designed to support technical exchange and application-focused solution development across industries, processes and production scenarios. During the event, Haitian will also present more than 60 application scenarios, covering advanced molding technologies, AI-enabled and intelligent technologies, and industrial talent development.

Shanghai: From Machines to Systems at Chinaplas 2026

In parallel, Haitian’s presentation at Chinaplas in Shanghai focuses on market-oriented solutions and industry-specific applications.  Across an exhibition space of 800 square meters, the group integrates its core divisions, including injection molding machines, drive systems and smart automation solutions. The focus is on industries such as home appliance, automotive and consumer goods, where tailored processing solutions are required. A key highlight will be the world premiere of the MA2500V/1000 Ultra, further expanding Haitian’s fifth-generation platform. Together with drive systems, automation and digital technologies, the exhibit will underline Haitian’s continued development from machine supplier to provider of integrated production solutions.

Suzhou: Dedicated expertise for medical manufacturing

In Suzhou, the focus will shift to one of the industry’s most demanding sectors: medical manufacturing. At the Haitian Medical Application Technology Center, visitors will see more than 10 customized precision clean molding technologies developed specifically for medical applications. The center demonstrates Haitian’s capabilities in medical application development, process validation and specialized molding solutions for customers with high requirements in cleanliness, stability, precision and consistency.

Together, the three locations create a connected picture of Haitian’s capabilities across the full value chain. Ningbo represents manufacturing depth and application infrastructure. Shanghai highlights innovation, market relevance and cross-divisional synergy. Suzhou shows how Haitian is building expertise in specialized industries through dedicated application development.

Throughout the week, Haitian will also host industry forums and networking activities to encourage dialogue on customer needs, technology trends and future manufacturing requirements. From factory visits to technical exchange, the event is designed to create a practical and comprehensive experience for customers and partners.

From March 26 to 27, the Medical Devices—Polymer 2026 Annual Conference and International Medical Consumables Industry Development Forum, themed “Collaborative Innovation, Globally Connected Quality Chains,” was successfully held in Cixi, Zhejiang. Organized by the Medical Polymer Products Committee of the China Association for Medical Devices Industry, the event brought together experts and industry representatives from across the medical polymer sector to explore pathways for high-quality development.

At this key industry gathering, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group showcased its intelligent solutions for the medical sector, presenting its innovation capabilities and forward-looking布局 across medical polymer applications.

On February 25, at the council meeting held ahead of the conference, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group was officially approved as a council member and was presented with the council member plaque.

At the council meeting, Zhu Hongguo, Director of the Medical Business Line, presented a systematic overview of Haitian Plastics Machinery Group’s development and future plans, and outlined how the company will contribute to industry advancement as a council member, earning wide recognition from fellow council members.

During the conference sharing session, Wu Zhenfan, Application Solutions Manager for the Medical Business Line at Haitian Plastics Machinery Group, delivered a featured presentation titled “AI Empowerment for Green and Intelligent Development in the Medical Industry.” The session demonstrated how AI-driven injection molding simplifies complex process development through a “requirement input–automated decision-making” approach, enabling end-to-end AI-powered solutions and supporting greener, smarter growth in the medical sector.

During the concurrent exhibition, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group presented its application solutions for the medical industry at its booth. The display not only highlighted its deep expertise in precision injection molding, but also provided an efficient platform for technical exchange. The medical business team engaged in in-depth discussions with customers and partners across the industry chain, accurately capturing customer needs and exploring collaboration opportunities, while jointly envisioning the future of intelligent manufacturing for medical polymer products.

Through this exhibition, Haitian’s strategic in the medical sector has been further advanced. Looking ahead, Haitian will continue to leverage its Suzhou Medical Technology Center and AI Injection Molding Cloud platform to strengthen its service capabilities in the medical field, driving high-quality development across the medical polymer industry through ongoing technological innovation.

On March 19, Haitian Plastics Machinery and XPeng Motors successfully held the turnkey injection molding project handover ceremony at the Zhaoqing base. This milestone marks the official launch of their key collaboration in intelligent manufacturing for core new energy vehicle components, taking a solid step forward toward the future of smart manufacturing.

At the ceremony, Xu Bin, Deputy Director of Global Industry Lines at Haitian Plastics Machinery, and Xu Haihui, General Manager of South China Marketing Company, attended alongside Ma Ji, Director of Process Technology at XPeng Motors, and Fan Haibo, Plant Manager of the Resin Factory at the Zhaoqing base. Leaders from both sides gathered for a group photo to mark the occasion.

The delivery includes three Haitian HA3300-22500 injection molding machines, specifically configured for automotive bumper production, precisely aligned with the manufacturing needs of XPeng’s Zhaoqing resin plant.

This batch of Haitian HA-series machines, tailored for the automotive sector, offers multiple core advantages. Delivered as a turnkey injection molding island, the solution is equipped with a Stäubli mold change cart and magnetic platens, enabling one-click automated quick mold change. A 9-station quick-change fixture platform further minimizes downtime and supports flexible production.

The machines are integrated with on-machine automation systems that complete a full range of post-processing steps, including part removal, gate trimming, flame treatment, weighing, and laser marking—achieving a high level of automation and significantly improving production efficiency.

In addition, Haitian’s engineering team designed a clean, high-quality secondary-side layout for water, electricity, and gas systems, while implementing centralized material feeding and centralized exhaust treatment across the plant—ensuring both efficiency and environmental performance.

As a core hub for XPeng’s production capacity and industrial chain, the Zhaoqing base is equipped with five major process workshops and a wide range of intelligent manufacturing systems. Among them, the resin workshop enables large-scale production of bumper components for smart electric vehicles. With the deployment of Haitian machines, the base’s capabilities in resin part manufacturing are further strengthened. Taking on the critical role of shaping the “first impression” of intelligent vehicles and safeguarding driving safety, the solution supports both higher production efficiency and improved product quality in bumper manufacturing.

The successful delivery of this project marks a strong example of deep industry collaboration and mutual empowerment between Haitian Plastics Machinery and XPeng Motors. Leveraging its expertise in developing and manufacturing injection molding solutions for the automotive sector, Haitian has provided XPeng with a customized, high-efficiency turnkey intelligent manufacturing ecosystem. Building on this milestone, both parties will continue to deepen their partnership, focusing on innovation in equipment for new energy vehicle components, and jointly driving the high-quality development of the automotive manufacturing industry.

PLASTINDIA 2026, one of the Asia’s largest international plastics exhibitions, concluded successfully on February 10th at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi after six days of groundbreaking showcases and industry networking.

On December 29, 2025, Haitian Machinery officially opened its South China Headquarters in Shunde District, Foshan. The launch marks a new step in the company’s domestic dual-center layout, with Ningbo and South China serving as two core hubs, while also signaling a new phase in intelligent manufacturing and global industrial collaboration.

Senior officials from the Foshan Municipal Government and the Shunde District Government attended the event alongside more than 1,200 guests. Participants included customers, distributors, suppliers, media representatives, and management and employee representatives from both the Ningbo and South China operations of Haitian Group.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Haitian’s AI-powered virtual host and brought together government representatives, industry partners, and customers.

Zhang Bin, Haitian Group CEO, noted that the South China Headquarters is a significant part of the company’s domestic dual-center development. The new headquarters integrates R&D, operations, market services, and talent development, with a focus on advanced intelligent equipment and application-driven innovation.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Haitian Group Chairman Zhang Jianming, CEO Zhang Bin, Haitian International CEO Zhang Jianfeng and senior executives from across the group jointly marked the official opening of the South China Headquarters.

The launch represents an important milestone for Haitian and establishes a new integrated hub in South China that brings together R&D, manufacturing, and service capabilities to support regional industrial development.

Following the ceremony, guests toured the administrative building, digital exhibition hall, and production workshops, gaining a close look at Haitian’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

The exhibition area featured injection molding machines, CNC machines, servo drives, die casting equipment, laser machinery, and intelligent manufacturing services. A total of 18 injection molding solutions were presented across application areas such as automotive, home appliances, medical, 3C electronics, packaging, logistics, and drones, covering advanced processes including in-mold coating, microcellular foaming, IMR, multi-cavity precision molding, and ultra-high-speed thin-wall injection molding.

In addition, high-precision CNC machining, die casting and magnesium alloy forming, laser cutting and additive manufacturing, intelligent factory solutions, core components, industry–education integration, and specialized equipment were displayed together, demonstrating a complete ecosystem spanning R&D, manufacturing, services, and talent development.

The opening of Haitian Machinery’s South China Headquarters strengthens the company’s local presence in the Greater Bay Area with a more localized presence, closer customer engagement, and stronger resource coordination. As operations ramp up, Haitian will support the delivery of intelligent manufacturing solutions across a wider range of applications.

Founded in 2001, Ningbo Jinlong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (Jinlong) started with a focus on small household appliances and mold manufacturing. Over the years, the company has expanded into fields such as power tools and electronic components, accumulating extensive experience in mold design and manufacturing. Some of its molds have received both domestic and international awards. By 2025, Jinlong operates 68,000 square meters of manufacturing space with fixed assets of RMB 150 million, supporting stable and large-scale production.

Today, Jinlong’s workshop runs more than 300 injection molding machines from Haitian International with the blue “Haitian” and “Zhafir” logo. This represents 34 years of long-term trust. Through reliable equipment and responsive service, Haitian turned Jinlong’s initial “first machine” into a long-standing “only choice.”

From the first machine to a workshop equipped with 300 Haitian machines, Jinlong’s logic has remained unchanged. “Haitian machines are stable and highly reliable,” Chairman Shen explained. While production challenges can arise from various operational factors, Haitian’s service has consistently stayed close to the production line. “For users, service is the most important factor.”

After comparing alternative brands, Jinlong found no equivalent match in terms of overall reliability and support. As a result, Jinlong has maintained a 100% Haitian-configured injection molding workshop for over thirty-four years.

As customer demands shifted toward high-end and digitalized manufacturing, Jinlong continued its “Only Choice” with Haitian. In the first half of 2025, the company purchased 38 fifth-generation Haitian injection molding machines. “Our customers are global industry leaders. These projects require full digital integration, end-to-end process monitoring, and backend traceability.” said Chairman Shen.

Haitian machines enable real-time data collection, full-process monitoring, and production traceability, meeting strict digital manufacturing requirements and strengthening Jinlong’s smart manufacturing capabilities.

At this stage, Haitian has evolved from an equipment supplier into a long-term technology partner.

Founded in 1967 in Istanbul, Turkey, IRAK PLASTIK specializes in plastic household products. Starting with kitchenware, the company has expanded into garden furniture and home-use plastics, becoming a well-established company in the local plastics industry.

Inside the IRAK PLASTIK workshop, more than one hundred Haitian injection molding machines run around the clock. From containers to laundry baskets, the household items used by millions reflect IRAK’s commitment to quality and Haitian’s 25 years of steady local support.

“We bought our first Haitian machine 25 years ago just to try it out,” recalls the owner, Mr. Koksal. After comparing brands from Taiwan, China and Europe, he and his father were drawn to Haitian’s value and service. That trial marked the start of a long-term partnership.

When the first Haitian machines arrived in 2000, Haitian engineers conducted a full inspection. Every performance metric, from stability to precision, met IRAK’s expectations. Over time, IRAK saw that Haitian machines had a lower failure rate than the industry average, prompting them to increase their investment.

In 2007, IRAK introduced its first Haitian servo machines, followed by fully-electric, high-speed, and packaging machines. Each upgrade was adopted quickly in IRAK’s factory, improving productivity, energy efficiency, and material savings.

In 2010, a sudden fire destroyed the factory, turning more than 100 machines into scrap. “I stood in front of the ruins for a long time and thought the company might be finished,” the owner recalls.

“Haitian helped us tremendously,” he says. “They offered new machines at the best prices and sent a technical team to rebuild with us. Engineers from Haitian often worked late into the night.” With Haitian’s support, IRAK PLS restored production in a short time. This experience showed the company that Haitian is not just a supplier but a reliable partner in difficult moments.

With over a hundred machines running nonstop, downtime is the biggest risk for IRAK. Luckily, Haitian’s local service network in Turkey provides 24/7 support, responding immediately to any issue and minimizing production losses. This dependable service gives IRAK confidence in daily operations.

Haitian also offers tailored solutions. “Haitian doesn’t just supply machines.They provide complete solutions,” says Onur, Production Manager at IRAK PLS. “They offer customized setups tailored to our production needs, helping us improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.”

Today, Haitian MA high-speed machines work smoothly with robotic arms, and multi-component two-color machines handle complex parts with stability. Older machines remain in operation while new ones continue to join the line.

From the first machine installation to rebuilding after the fire to everyday localized support, Haitian’s local support has been consistent for 25 years.

As Mr. Koksal puts it: “In the 25 years of cooperation, we’re more than business partners—we’re like family and will continue this journey together.

On November 19, Haitian Group and Haier Smart Home held a grand delivery ceremony at Haitian’s Ningbo headquarters for a jointly developed custom machine — marking another milestone in their 30-year partnership.

At the ceremony, senior leaders from both Haitian Group and Haier Smart Home were present, jointly witnessing this important moment of deep collaboration and industrial innovation.

Mr. Li Huagang, Chairman and President of Haier Smart Home, and Mr. Zhang Jianfeng, President of Haitian Plastics Machinery, jointly unveiled the custom machine, marking the official debut of this integrated achievement between the two leading brands.

Onward Manufacturing, a maker of gas and charcoal barbecue grills, acquired the custom molding shop making their plastic components in 1996, largely to support their own needs. In 2016, the family-owned company saw the opportunity to grow and put two family members, Andrew Sellner and Jamie Sellner, in charge of growing the custom molding side of the company.

Onward Plastics is now a fast-growing force in the Kitchener, Ontario plastics community with two operating molding facilities and 44 presses from 39 to 1750T. The company molds non-automotive highly engineered products as well as consumer products primarily made from recycled materials.

The company began replacing older machines with a new fleet of Haitian molding machines in 2019 to accommodate their growth. Onward Plastics initially purchased a two-platen JU9000 III (1,012 U.S. tons) and a servo-hydraulic MA3200 IIS (360 U.S. tons). Recently, they took delivery of its tenth Haitian, a JU1400 V (1,574 U.S. tons) equipped with extended clamp stroke, magnetic platens, tie bar puller and electric screw drive.

The energy efficiency of the JU V’s electric screw drive with parallel processing enabled Andrew Sellner, Vice President of Operations, to apply for an energy rebate from Save on Energy, the Independent ElectricitySystem Operator (IESO) supported by the Government of Ontario.

Onward Plastics processes everything from highly engineered nylons and polycarbonates to both post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials. “We need our presses to handle everything we can throw at them, ”Andrew said. Many of our machines run recycled polypropylene and we have designed a custom screw and non-return valve specification to reduce wear and better homogenize the melt. These screws are built in North America and supplied by Absolute Haitian (the official distributor and service provider of Haitian International in the U.S. and Canada).

“The biggest challenge to running recycled material is the inconsistency of the material. The Haitian IMMs we are using are not doing anything special other than being rock solid and consistent.”

Before 2019, Onward Plastics bought used machines but found that pricing for used machine, parts and service was incredibly high. “We were drawn to the fact that Haitian makes the most machines in the world and uses very standard components available from multiple sources (even though we find pricing and availability of components to be best directly from Absolute Haitian),” Andrew noted.

“Working towards a more standardized factory quickly helped our team. In 2016, we had five presses from the 1970s – a testament to the skill of our maintenance team – but that is not sustainable going forward. As we grew our number of presses, we were nearly out of power and the energy efficiency of new presses was important. Each machine is constructed in the same way. When troubleshooting, we often don’t even need to look at the drawings because the machines are so consistent and the Haitian servo-hydraulics are simple to troubleshoot.

“Absolute Haitian views parts and service in a whole different way,” Andrew said. “When we’ve needed it, Absolute Haitian has been able to get us timely on-site service and parts delivery. We’re on a first-name basis with the guys in support and service. Everyone on the Haitian team is always happy to help us out.”

One more thing Andrew appreciates. “The presses continually improve. From Mars IIS to Mars V, you can see the improvements in terms of the quality and finish of the machines. While the Generation 5 controls are different, we’re learning our way through them. The machines have met all our requirements. We continue to throw challenging projects at the machines and are happy with the outcome.”

Today, CITOTEST operates over 30 Zhafir all-electric injection molding machines across its core medical consumables production lines, maintaining high-load operation on a daily basis.
