Haitian Plastics Machinery Receives Dual Honors from Haier Smart Home, Marking 30 Years of Strategic Collaboration Reaching New Heights

On March 19, under the theme „AI Life, Smart Homes for All,“ the Haier Smart Home 2025 Ecosystem Conference was grandly held at the Shanghai World Expo Center. The conference focused on AI technology, empowering the next level of smart living, and concurrently hosted the „New Smart Ecosystem, Win-Win New Era“ 2025 Global Supplier Partner Conference.
At the event, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group was honored with two major awards: the 2025 Outstanding Partner Award and the Pioneer in Digital Experience Award. Mr. Zhang Jianfeng, CEO of Haitian Plastics Machinery Group, was invited to attend and accept the awards. These accolades not only recognize Haitian’s strong technological capabilities but also reflect the deep foundation and continuous breakthroughs achieved during the companies‘ 30-year strategic partnership.
Since the start of their collaboration in 1995, Haitian Plastics Machinery has remained committed to technology-driven innovation, supplying Haier Smart Home with high-performance injection molding equipment and intelligent manufacturing solutions. To date, Haitian has delivered over 500 injection molding machines to Haier. Through comprehensive smart factory solutions, the two companies have jointly built the Casarte Washing Machine Smart Factory, fully meeting the one-stop needs of digitalized production. Every step of the production process is now visible and controllable, significantly enhancing efficiency and product consistency, and establishing a benchmark project for Haier’s smart unmanned factories — a testament to the success and technical empowerment of their partnership.
In an era where AI technology is reshaping production and lifestyles, Haitian Plastics Machinery will continue to deepen its strategic collaboration with Haier Smart Home. The two companies will explore more efficient smart factory solutions, particularly around AI-driven applications, driving the transformation of intelligent manufacturing from “single-machine intelligence” to “end-to-end industrial chain digitalization.” Together, they aim to provide a practical model for the digital transformation of manufacturing and create a new, high-end, intelligent living experience for global users.
