Recently, we visited Zhongsichuang to see how aesthetic ideas are transformed into precise manufacturing results.<\/p>\n
Within a 25,000-square-meter modern facility, more than 100 injection molding machines run continuously, supported by over 3,000 mold sets ready for production. Zhongsichuang operates a comprehensive range of Haitian and Zhafir injection molding machines, including standard models, third- and fifth-generation machines, as well as two-color and all-electric systems. Together, they cover nearly the full Haitian International product portfolio.<\/p>\n

In cosmetic packaging, transparency signals premium quality, and it also demands extreme process stability. Chairman Xie Rusheng demonstrated this with a clear powder compact weighing 70 grams, featuring a 10 mm wall thickness and a five-minute molding cycle, placing high demands on machine consistency over long cycles.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Zhafir all-electric injection molding machines, the products maintain stable pressure, speed, and temperature throughout the process.\u201d This minimizes shrinkage in thick-wall parts and delivers a yield rate above 96%, making flawless transparency achievable at scale.<\/p>\n
As packaging becomes part of brand identity, color plays a defining role. Two-color lipstick tubes require sharp color separation, smooth transitions, and efficient production.<\/p>\n Chairman Xie told us: \u201cTraditional machines can only handle single-color production.\u201d Haitian two-shot injection molding machines enable one-step molding, eliminating secondary processing and joint defects. The result is higher efficiency, precise color alignment, and a clean, premium visual finish, where packaging moves beyond function to become design itself.<\/p>\n Reliable production depends not only on machines, but also on responsive support. Zhongsichuang values Haitian\u2019s fast service response. \u201cWhenever a machine issue occurs, it\u2019s usually resolved within about half an hour,\u201d said Chairman Xie. This rapid support minimizes downtime and ensures consistent, stable production.<\/p>\n As market demands shift toward smaller batches and greater variety, Zhongsichuang continues to upgrade its production model. In 2025, Zhongsichuang introduced Haitian Smart Solutions\u2019 system, fundamentally transforming its production approach. The shift from \u201cone operator per machine\u201d to automated operation now allows one operator to oversee six machines. This change not only reduces costs, but also enhances production flexibility and management efficiency.<\/p>\n For Zhongsichuang and Haitian, every completed molding cycle reflects a shared commitment to precision and aesthetics.
