From April 20 to 26, Haitian International’s tri-city Open Week spanning Ningbo, Shanghai and Suzhou came to a successful conclusion. Kicking off with the official launch of Haitian Machinery Global Application Center, this Open Week forged an unprecedented linkage among its millions-of-square-meter smart factories, Chinaplas 2026 booth and Suzhou Medical Application Technology Center. Through all-scenario and immersive intelligent manufacturing experiences, it demonstrated to global customers and industry partners that Haitian International, with comprehensive ecological chain building capabilities, is evolving from a reliable equipment manufacturer into a trustworthy long-term industrial partner.

During the Open Week, over 2,000 visitors were received in Ningbo alone, hitting a new record in industry attention and participation. The event kicked off with the official launch of the Haitian Machinery Global Application Center. On-site, live operational solutions for more than 60 industries were in simultaneous operation, covering core sectors including automotive parts, home appliances, medical consumables, packaging products, 3C electronics and logistics. Beyond injection molding applications, diversified business segments including Haitian Precision, Haitian Metal, Haitian Intelligent Connectivity, Haitian Drive, Haitian Opto-Mechanics and Haitian Education staged concurrent exhibitions. Meanwhile, the Global Application Center realized real process linkage with Haitian’s million-square-meter smart factories in Ningbo, intuitively demonstrating an efficient closed-loop operation from order placement to final delivery.

Shanghai: From Machines to Systems at Chinaplas 2026

In parallel, Haitian’s presentation at Chinaplas in Shanghai focuses on market-oriented solutions and industry-specific applications.  Across an exhibition space of 800 square meters, the group integrates its core divisions, including injection molding machines, drive systems and smart automation solutions. The focus is on industries such as home appliance, automotive and consumer goods, where tailored processing solutions are required. A key highlight will be the world premiere of the MA2500V/1000 Ultra, further expanding Haitian’s fifth-generation platform. Combined with precise injection control, stable clamping systems, and fast cycle performance, they ensure reliable, repeatable production, supporting Golds’ output of billions of components each year. 

The all-electric design also eliminates hydraulic oil, reducing contamination risks and helping maintain the high cleanliness standards required for toy manufacturing.

As smart manufacturing reshapes the industry, Golds has actively built an automated production ecosystem. A dedicated building block solution from Haitian Smart Solutions compresses in-mold actions to 0.82 seconds, enabling stable performance even in high-frequency production cycles. Robotic systems work seamlessly with Zhafir injection molding machines, forming a synchronized production loop: Precise molding → Precise part removal → Precise cycle timing.
