On August 5, the Leapmotor × Haitian D99 Delivery Ceremony, themed “A New Flagship Realm, Leading the Era,” was successfully held at Haitian’s headquarters in Ningbo.

Chairman Zhu Jiangming of Leapmotor Technology, Senior Vice President Shu Chuncheng, Deputy General Manager of the Electronics Product Line Fang Peigen, and other senior executives attended the ceremony. Haitian Group President Zhang Bin, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group Vice President Ye Jingbo, Global Industry Line Director Xu Bin, and other senior executives also joined the event. Guests from both sides gathered together to witness the milestone moment as the Leapmotor D99 flagship MPV was officially delivered to Haitian Group.

That morning, the delivery ceremony officially kicked off at the Haitian Auditorium. Zhu Jiangming, Chairman of Leapmotor, delivered the opening remarks, highlighting the Leapmotor D99’s key product features and the technological expertise built on a decade of comprehensive in-house R&D. He also reflected on the long-standing partnership between the two companies and expressed his hope that their collaboration would continue to deepen through greater coordination across the industrial chain.

On July 28, a delegation from the headquarters of Panasonic Group Japan, together with representatives from its various business divisions, including Panasonic Air Conditioning, Panasonic Energy, Panasonic Industry, and Panasonic Electric, visited Haitian’s South China Headquarters for a tour and exchange. The delegation will hereinafter be referred to as the “Panasonic team.” The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on smart manufacturing practices, production management experience, and opportunities for future cooperation.

The first stop of the visit was the digital exhibition hall at Haitian’s South China Headquarters. Through detailed visual materials and digital multimedia displays, the Panasonic team gained a comprehensive understanding of Haitian’s development journey since its establishment, its progress in global expansion, and its overall capabilities in R&D, logistics, customer service, and other areas. Throughout the visit, the Panasonic team listened attentively, engaged in detailed discussions, and expressed strong recognition of Haitian’s achievements and capabilities.

The delegation then proceeded to Haitian’s smart factory for an on-site tour of the production facilities, gaining deeper insights into Haitian’s achievements and practices in automated production lines, smart logistics, and lean manufacturing. During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on topics including production line layout, equipment operation and maintenance, and quality control system development.

At the seminar, Mr. Xu Haihui, General Manager of the South China Marketing Company of Haitian Plastics Machinery Group, extended a warm welcome to the Panasonic team. The partnership between Panasonic and Haitian dates back to 1995. Over more than three decades of development, the cooperation has expanded from a single market to multiple production bases worldwide, establishing a long-term and stable partnership in areas such as equipment applications and technical exchanges.

The Panasonic team noted that Haitian’s technical expertise and service capabilities in the equipment manufacturing sector have received positive feedback across its production bases. Looking ahead, the two sides will continue to explore broader opportunities for cooperation on a global scale.

During the discussion, the Panasonic team raised questions on practical topics including talent development, overall factory design and planning, routine equipment maintenance, and material supply. The Haitian team addressed each question based on its practical experience and shared benchmark cases, including its “lights-out” factories, providing valuable insights for further exchange and collaboration between the two sides in the field of smart manufacturing.

The Panasonic team spoke highly of the exchange, bringing the event to a successful conclusion.

Vietnam’s PET industry is currently experiencing rapid growth. The continued expansion of the beverage packaging, personal care, and consumer goods markets is driving an increasingly urgent demand for highly efficient and precise PET molding solutions.

On July 15, Haitian Vietnam’s PET Industry Application Exhibition was successfully held at the Haitian Long An showroom in the Ho Chi Minh City area of southern Vietnam.

Nearly 70 customer partners from Vietnam’s PET industry gathered at the event to explore the latest development trends in the PET industry and gain an up-close look at Haitian International’s injection molding solutions tailored to different application scenarios.

To meet the demands of high-volume, high-cycle production in applications such as beverage preforms, Haitian International showcased its MA390V/4350H high-speed preform molding solution.

The solution uses PET-CR-8863 material and is equipped with a 72-cavity mold, enabling synchronized multi-cavity production of PET preforms. With each preform weighing 12.5 g and a molding cycle of just 9 seconds, the system can produce approximately 480 high-quality preforms per minute. For the Vietnamese market, where packaging demand is experiencing a rapid surge, such efficiency directly translates into significantly enhanced order fulfillment capabilities, attracting considerable attention from customers at the event.

On June 16, the 2026 Haitian International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition for the Packaging Materials Industry, themed “All-Round Packaging Materials, A New Realm Empowered by Plastics”, was held at Haitian South China Headquarters.

Focusing on the development trend of in-depth integration between green transformation and intelligent manufacturing in the packaging materials industry, this exhibition showcased Haitian’s intelligent equipment solutions in core fields including thin-wall packaging, high-speed molding and PET-specific injection molding.

At the opening of the event, Xu Haihui, General Manager of South China Marketing Company of Haitian Plastic Machinery Group, delivered an address, stating that the packaging materials industry is now at a critical stage featuring the in-depth integration of green transformation and intelligent manufacturing. From high efficiency of individual equipment to intelligentization of whole-line systems, and further to low-carbon development throughout the entire life cycle, the competition rules of the packaging materials industry are being redefined. Adhering to a customer-centric philosophy all along, Haitian keeps launching high-efficiency, precise and durable plastic packaging solutions to support packaging material enterprises in advancing toward higher automation, lighter weight and greater sustainability.

During the forum session, technical experts from Haitian systematically analyzed application cases of the packaging industry line and civilian product industry line. Afterwards, expert representatives from core industrial chain partners including Milliken delivered professional sharing on topics such as the innovative application of PP raw materials in packaging materials.

Discussions covering multiple dimensions have revealed that modern packaging material manufacturing is no longer a competition centered on standalone equipment, but an ecological collaboration involving materials, processes, equipment and automation systems.

A total of nine sets of injection molding solutions were displayed at this exhibition, covering major packaging material sectors such as thin-wall packaging, PET containers and consumer product packaging.

The high-speed thin-wall molding solution is specially optimized for equipment stability and sealing reliability in short-cycle production. In the field of PET-dedicated injection molding, multiple HA/PET solutions were unveiled simultaneously, covering a wide range of applications including daily chemical bottle preforms, packaging boxes, cream jars and water bottle preforms. The ZE series from Zhafir ensures the quality of thin-wall packaging with the high precision of all-electric injection molding.

In addition, the exhibited solutions are also designed for the efficient production of consumer packaging products such as packaging box lids and bottle caps. Fully upgraded in terms of system pressure, platen rigidity and intelligent control, these solutions strike a perfect balance between product precision and cost performance.

Concurrent with the exhibition, the digital showroom and factory premises were open to visitors. Guided by our staff, guests toured the digital showroom and production workshops to observe equipment operation details and manufacturing processes up close, gaining in-depth insights into Haitian’s practical achievements in precision manufacturing, quality control and production line intelligent upgrading.

As smart manufacturing and green development have become industry consensus, the implementation of technologies and refinement of details are growing increasingly critical. Behind this popular IP is ROBOTIME, a company that has grown from a newcomer in injection molding into a leading trendy toy brand in just seven years. Along the way, Haitian has been a trusted partner in its manufacturing journey.

Founded in 2007, ROBOTIME has built steady momentum over nearly two decades. Its three brands — Rolife, ROKR, and Rowood — offer a wide range of creative lifestyle products, including blind boxes, assembly kits, and wooden DIY collectibles. Original IPs such as Nanci, Suri, and Tao Ruanruan have gained strong popularity with designs rooted in Chinese aesthetics.

Nanci, launched in 2019, is one of the most recognizable characters. Her debut series reimagined iconic women from Chinese history, followed by collections inspired by the 24 Solar Terms, classical poetry, and traditional culture.

By blending Chinese heritage with designer collectibles, ROBOTIME has created products that resonate with young consumers while bringing traditional culture into everyday collecting and sharing.

For IP-driven collectibles, supply chain reliability is critical. During the blind box boom of 2021–2022, ROBOTIME faced surging demand amid pandemic-related disruptions.

At a critical moment, Haitian stepped in. “Within ten days, Haitian delivered 20 to 30 machines to us,” recalled Mr. Wu, head of  ROBOTIME Huai’an production base. “Once the machines arrived, Haitian engineers worked overnight on installation and commissioning. When local service resources were stretched, Haitian brought in support from other regions.”

This rapid response helped ROBOTIME maintain stable supply through a major demand peak.

The appeal of blind box collectibles lies largely in their refined appearance. Even a tiny black spot can affect the consumer experience and damage an IP’s reputation. For manufacturers, unstable equipment or unsuitable processes can increase defects, scrap rates, and management costs.

Haitian helped address this challenge with high-rigidity platens, fully closed-loop injection control, and HT·XTEND functions. With repeatability within 0.1%, stable dimensional accuracy, uniform plasticizing, and consistent injection performance, the machines help reduce black spots and impurities. The result is clean, refined product quality that supports ROBOTIME’s large-scale blind box production.

ROBOTIME’s partnership with Haitian began in 2019, when the company purchased a couple of machines for trial production of injection-molded parts for its miniature house kit. After evaluating Haitian’s expertise, market leadership, and service responsiveness, ROBOTIME expanded its investment. 

Today, its factory operates 184 Haitian machines, including MA/G、MA/SE series, and Zhafir electric models. These machines support production across Rolife blind boxes and plush toys, ROKR assembly products, and miniature house kit components made from PVC, ABS, PP, and PS.

ROBOTIME expects deeper support in dedicated screws and barrels for materials such as PVC, local spare parts availability, process guidance for material changes, and continued development in automation, intelligent manufacturing, and digitalization.

One of the standout highlights was the Zhafir ZE3800VF-1700h, running a two-cavity milkshake cup solution with stable production of 0.8 mm thin-wall PP cups in 6 seconds. With strong demand in Brazil’s packaging market for high-speed thin-wall injection molding, the machine’s all-electric drive system impressed visitors with its efficiency, low energy use, and long-run stability.

Haitian also showcased a broader industrial portfolio at the show, including CNC machining centers from Haitian Precision, die casting solutions from Haitian Die Casting, and laser cutting equipment from Haitian Laser Machinery.

On April 21, CHINAPLAS 2026 officially opened at the NECC in Shanghai. Haitian International made its appearance at Booth 5.1C32 under the theme “Level Up! Your Advantage”, showcasing lifecycle solutions for future-ready manufacturing across three key dimensions: machine technology, smart technology and ecosystem.

The first day saw an overwhelming turnout, with crowds filling the aisles and surging through the Haitian International booth.

When the core performance of injection molding machines has become an industry standard, market attention is shifting from the efficiency and cost of a single machine to the efficiency and cost of the entire production process.

A major highlight on day one was the world premiere of Haitian International’s new fifth-generation flagship model, the MA1600V/570Ultra.

Designed to meet the growing demands of high-end manufacturing, the MA5/Ultra demonstrated a multi-cavity insert molding solution for the home appliance industry, built around five key strengths: speed, precision, efficiency, versatility, and intelligence. The JU5500V/3450 presented an automotive application using a micro-opening, mark-free physical foaming process to produce a microcellular foamed engine cover on site. The solution highlighted Haitian’s long-term stability in producing large structural parts, as well as its integrated capabilities across process, automation, and data systems.

In another live demonstration, Zhafir ZE1900VM-210hu/V80hs worked together with Niigata MDVR75 to deliver an automated production cell for drone blades and blade clips. The solution combined precision, speed, and consistency in a fully integrated setup, offering a compelling view of the future of unmanned production for 3C and precision manufacturing applications.

From stable molding to automated integration, Haitian International addressed real needs across different industries. What the visitors saw was more than equipment—it was a practical path toward production line upgrade.

At the interactive X-Injection Molding Cloud wall, Haitian demonstrated its self-developed “AI + Injection Molding” intelligent solution. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and a native edge-to-machine coupling architecture, this “external AI brain” enables the practical implementation of AI in injection molding on a global scale.

At Chinaplas 2026, Haitian Smart Solutions also presented a complete “Injection Molding Island”. By connecting the injection molding machine and auxiliary equipment through a single interface, The Injection Molding Island brings visibility and coordination to the spaces between individual machines—where line-level efficiency is often won or lost.
