On December 29, 2025, Haitian Machinery officially opened its South China Headquarters in Shunde District, Foshan. The launch marks a new step in the company’s domestic dual-center layout, with Ningbo and South China serving as two core hubs, while also signaling a new phase in intelligent manufacturing and global industrial collaboration.

Senior officials from the Foshan Municipal Government and the Shunde District Government attended the event alongside more than 1,200 guests. The opening ceremony was hosted by Haitian’s AI-powered virtual host and brought together government representatives, industry partners, and customers.

In the live demonstration, the Haitian JU6500V-2250 used recycled polypropylene material and applied paint-free one-step molding technology to produce a 450 g automotive fender component within a 70-second cycle — showcasing a truly green and efficient production process.

In this demonstration, the preformed decorative film was placed directly into the mold and integrally molded with the recycled material during injection — eliminating traditional steps such as transfer, painting, and trimming. The molded parts came out with a high-quality decorative surface that met assembly standards right away — “ready to use out of the mold.” This simplified the production process, significantly improved efficiency, and reduced material waste and cycle time, all while ensuring premium surface quality.

The entire process, from film loading to part removal, was fully automated with Haitian Smart Solutions’ turnkey automation system. Recently, Haitian Plastics Machinery successfully delivered three sets of HA27000/peg turnkey projects to Honsen Beverage Group, with smooth commissioning at its bases in Hangzhou, Tianjin, and Guilin. Hong Kong, August 18, 2025 – Haitian International, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines, has announced its interim results for the first half of 2025. Revenue reached RMB 9,018.3 million (approx. USD 1.26 billion), driven by robust global demand and strong performance across key product series.

Of particular note, sales volume increased to 29,400+ machines (+8.8%), already exceeding half of the company’s full-year total of 53,000 units in 2024. Overseas sales rose significantly by 34.7% to RMB 3,817.7 million (approx. USD 534.5 million), underscoring the company’s successful global expansion.

The servo-hydraulic Haitian Mars Series (toggle) and Haitian Jupiter Series (two-platen technology) proved to be the key growth drivers in the first half of the year, particularly supported by demand from consumer goods, household appliances, and the rapidly expanding new energy vehicle (NEV) sector. The electric segment also showed clear gains: Zhafir Plastics Machinery, a pioneer in electric solutions, together with the new Niigata brand, increased both sales volume and revenue. With 2,044 machines delivered (+4.6%) and revenue of RMB 1,072.2 million (approx. USD 150.1 million, +5.3%), the electric series confirm their growing importance within Haitian International’s portfolio.
